Cost planner

Total the resources to bring any building to any level, from its own page.

The cost planner tells you what it takes to bring a building to any level: every upgrade between here and there, and the total in each resource. It works on the building's own page, with nothing to open.

Using it

  1. Open any building in your village, for example the Main Building or a Warehouse.
  2. In the upgrade box, at the start of the resource row that shows the next level's cost, press Upgrade cost.
  3. A strip opens under that row. Pick the target level in From N to.
  4. The strip shows the wood, clay, iron and crop needed for every upgrade in between, how many upgrades that is, and the Total.

The totals use the game's own resource icons and layout, so they read like the row above them.

Part of the strip What it shows
From N to Starts at the level the upgrade box is offering and goes up to the building's maximum level.
N upgrades How many levels you are adding.
Wood · Clay · Iron · Crop The sum of each resource over every upgrade in the range.
Total All four resources added together.

Tip — Use it to plan storage: if the total of any single resource is more than your Warehouse or Granary holds, you will need to upgrade storage first.

Where the numbers come from

Travian does not keep a price list. Each building has a level-1 cost and a growth factor, and every level costs the level-1 cost multiplied by that factor once per level above the first, rounded to the nearest 5. The planner uses Travian's own figures for every building, checked against the official knowledgebase and the game's build page.

The level is read from the page whatever your game language is, including Arabic and Persian digits.

Good to know

  • It covers every building and resource field in Travian Legends, up to each one's maximum level.
  • It appears only on building pages with an upgrade box. At maximum level there is nothing to plan, so no button is shown.
  • Like every tool, it needs an active membership (or an approved sitting) for the account on the page. Without one, the button is simply not added.
