Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and the developer of Travian Toolbox ("we", "us") for the use of the Travian Toolbox Chrome extension, this website, and the memberships sold through them. By installing the extension, creating an account or paying for a membership, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the extension.

1. Who we are

Travian Toolbox is developed and operated by one individual developer, Ebrahem, who publishes the extension on the Chrome Web Store (item ID ncgdildidnfopianemhdihhiiaeefdhi) and runs the licensing server at travian-toolbox.ebrahem.dev. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Travian Toolbox is an unofficial, independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Travian Games GmbH or inactivesearch.com. Travian is a trademark of Travian Games GmbH.

2. Your account

  • You need an account (email and password, or Sign in with Google) to buy and use a membership. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • The details you give us must be accurate, and the email address must be one you can read: it is how we identify you for support.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13.

3. What a membership covers

  • A membership covers one Travian account: one player name on one server. The same player name on another server is a second account, and so is a second player on the same server.
  • A membership lasts for the lifetime of that game server, up to 12 months. It ends when the server ends, or at the 12-month limit, whichever comes first.
  • A membership is locked to the Travian account it was used on. It cannot be moved to another player name or server once its term has started.
  • Every membership includes every tool in the extension, including tools added later.
  • Players you approve as sitters may use the tools on your account while they sit it. Sitting does not give them a membership of their own.
  • A free trial, when offered, covers one Travian account for the stated number of hours and ends by itself. It is offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars on this website and in the extension, and are charged at the price shown when you pay. We may change prices or run sales at any time; a change never affects a purchase already made.
  • Payments are taken by PayPal (cards are accepted through PayPal). We never see or store your card details. PayPal's own terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Every payment is one-time. Nothing renews automatically, and we never charge you again without you starting a new payment. You can renew a membership yourself in the last 30 days of its term.
  • A membership is activated when PayPal confirms the payment. If a payment is confirmed but the membership is not activated, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Seats

  • A seat is a prepaid membership that is not yet attached to a Travian account. You buy seats from your account, and use one when you link a new Travian account in the extension.
  • Seats never expire. A seat's term starts on the day you use it, and it then works exactly like a membership under section 3.
  • A seat is never spent on a Travian account that is already covered.
  • Where gifting is available, you may send an unused seat to another person by email. You can cancel a gift until the recipient accepts it; once accepted, it belongs to them and cannot be taken back.

6. Alliance plans

  • An alliance plan covers the members of one alliance on one game server, for the lifetime of that server. It does not carry over to another server or round.
  • Any member of the alliance may pay for the plan; no leader rank is needed. The extension reads the alliance from the game, the paying member confirms it is the right one, and payment follows.
  • The plan is tied to that alliance on that server and cannot be moved to another alliance. If the alliance is renamed, or its members move to a new alliance, contact us on Discord and we will look at it.
  • A member is covered while they are in the alliance. A member who leaves stops being covered on that Travian account.
  • If a member already had a personal membership on that account when the alliance plan started, it is turned into an unused seat, which they keep even if they later leave the alliance.

7. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for memberships, seats or alliance plans, including when a server ends early, an account is banned, or the extension is no longer used. See the refund policy for details and for what we do when something goes wrong on our side.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell or rent a membership, or use one membership for more Travian accounts than it covers;
  • get around the licence checks, or copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the extension, except where the law allows it;
  • interfere with or overload our servers, the game servers, or inactivesearch.com, or use the extension in a way that harms other players;
  • use the extension or this website for anything unlawful.

The extension only reads pages your browser is already logged into, and every action in the game is still taken by you. You are responsible for following Travian's own game rules on the servers you play. We are not responsible for any action Travian Games GmbH takes against your game account.

If you break these terms, we may suspend or end your account and memberships without a refund.

9. Availability and changes to the extension

We work to keep the extension and the licensing server running, but we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. Travian or inactivesearch.com may change their pages in ways that stop a tool from working until we update it. We may add, change or remove features over time.

10. Liability

The extension and this website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost game progress, or losses caused by Travian, inactivesearch.com, PayPal or your own device, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes are announced on this website or in the extension before they take effect. Continuing to use the extension after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
