What’s an account?
One player name on one server — for example Madara on ts5.x1.arabics. The same name on another server is a second account.
Can I move it to another account?
A term that has started stays on its account. A seat you haven’t used yet can go on any account, and you can gift it.
Can I get a refund?
No — every sale is final, so try the tools before you buy. If you paid and your membership didn’t activate, contact us and we’ll put it right.
Do sitters need to pay?
No. Sitters you approve use the tools on your account while they sit it.
What are the alliance rules?
One alliance on one server, until the server ends. Any member can pay. A member who leaves stops being covered, and the plan can’t be moved to another alliance.
