Accounts & memberships
Your account, the Travian accounts you play, and how a membership is bought, trialled and renewed.
There are two kinds of account here: your Travian Toolbox account, which you sign in with, and the Travian accounts you play. A membership connects the two.
Your account and your Travian accounts

A membership is tied to the player name and the server. Playing the same name on another server, or another name on the same server, needs a membership of its own.
Note — One Travian account can only ever belong to one membership. If another customer already holds it, the extension says Account already registered and it cannot be bought or trialled again. Sign in with the account that holds it.
Getting a membership
Open the extension on a game page of the account you want covered. With no membership you see the offer screen, which shows the price and any limited-time offer:

| Pay with PayPal | Opens a secure PayPal checkout in a new tab. Pay by card or PayPal and the account unlocks on its own, usually in seconds. You never need to message us. |
| Free trial | Asks for the free trial (24 hours by default). |
| Subscribe | Sends us a subscription request through WhatsApp or Discord instead of paying online. |
A membership is paid once and runs for the server's lifetime, capped at a maximum number of months shown on the offer screen.
Paying with PayPal
- Press Pay with PayPal. A checkout opens in a new tab.
- Pay there. The popup shows Finish paying in the PayPal tab while it waits.
- When PayPal confirms, every tool unlocks with no further step. You can press I have paid — check now to check straight away.

| PayPal is confirming your payment | PayPal is still clearing it. It usually takes a few minutes and unlocks on its own. |
| Payment received — we are checking it | The payment arrived but needs a quick manual check. Contact us and quote the checkout reference shown. |
| That checkout has expired | Press Pay to start a new one. Nothing was charged. |
| Online payment is paused right now | Message us instead and we will activate it by hand. |
Asking by message
Free trial and Subscribe end in a message to us. The extension asks Where should we talk?:
- WhatsApp opens a chat with your request already written.
- Discord opens the right channel on our server and copies your message so you only paste and send it.
Tip — Joining our Discord for the trial adds extra trial days on top of the standard trial. The bonus is shown on the screen.
Your request then shows as PENDING (Request under review). Activation is manual and we message you as soon as it is done. If you would rather not wait, the pending screen still offers Pay now with PayPal.
Renewing
When a membership has run out, the extension shows Membership expired with Renew with PayPal and Renew membership (by message). Renewing keeps the same Travian account on the same membership.
The Account screen
Open Account from the popup to see:
- My memberships: each Travian account you hold, with a summary of how many are active, pending and expired.
- Each membership's status and time left.
- Sitting: who has asked to sit each account, with Allow sitters and per-sitter controls. See Sitters.
- Sign out.

Working offline
The extension checks your membership with our server. If the server cannot be reached (your connection dropped, or we are down), it keeps working on its last good answer for a grace period of 72 hours and shows Working offline — Nh of grace left. After that it locks until it can check again.
Warning — Grace only covers a server that cannot be reached. If the server answers that the membership has expired or was cancelled, the tools lock straight away.
